We will gladly help you exchange your item for another piece of equal value or suggest suitable alternatives.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some gemstone products may not be eligible for return if opened or used.
